"It was another flawless display by Ferrari but a nightmare of a day for Lewis Hamilton. Let's be fair, Lewis caused it himself and I don't understand why Martin Brundle and Mark Blundell kept saying it looked like Alonso lifted. Lewis took a run at him and totally mistimed pulling out. I was sitting there wondering 'what is he doing!' I don't understand why they've come out so strongly against Alonso this time. It's actually quite scary because under amazingly tough conditions, Lewis has made no mistakes yet and in a situation like on Sunday where he was in control he does that. He was going to get him anyway and didn't need to go all out. There's just no point in sticking your front wing right under his rear wing.

"I would say part of Lewis' problem is that he has to stop taking things personally. He was behind Alonso and I think that personally pissed him off and he reacted badly to it. He has to distance himself from these things and be more cold in future."
