Q: How are the preparations for Beijing going?
“It’s important to keep your aerobic conditioning for an endurance event like triathlon so I will be in Korea at our triathlon holding camp for a week of twenty to twenty four hours of training which is about six less than normal. But it is nice to get out there and keep the feel of the water in the pool and the bike and the run. I will keep the training volume quite high and drop the intensity. I’ve had a really good winter and the body is holding up well. Most of my injuries have been self-inflicted from walking into things and tripping up!” Tim Don in focus | Britain's talent | Buy running shoes
