Is modern art rubbish?

Damien Hirst’s seminal cow in formaldehyde has sprung a leak. Oslo's Museum of Modern Art have had to return the controversial artist’s 1995 Turner Prize-winning 'Mother and Child Divided' to his studio for emergency repair. Is this a disaster or do you think that modern art is rubbish?
