If you’ve always dreamt about living the A-list lifestyle, wondered what really goes on behind the scenes of a Hollywood movie or wanted to see how those clever animators create your favourite CGI characters, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the place for you.
You can star in your own film, take centre stage in a classic Broadway show and see your favourite characters in action. Favourites include Beauty and the Beast live on stage and the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith, but the ever-changing attraction also features some newcomers.

A big hit with the whole family is the interactive 4D Toy Story Mania attraction, inspired by Disney Pixar's Toy Story films and ‘set’ under the bed in Andy's room.
Special glasses are a must as you board the ride which explores the world of Toy Story via midway-style games hosted by Toy Story characters including Buzz Lightyear, Rex and Woody. The special glasses enables guests to shrink to the size of a toy and hop onto ride vehicles which follow a midway-themed route to entertaining game booths.
The spinning ride vehicles are equipped a spring-action shooter which the whole family will have great fun with. It all begins at the Pie Throw Practice Booth – after this practice sessions, it’s all about points. Play Bo Peep’s Baaa-Loon Pop and fire off darts at balloons, throws rings at aliens in Buzz Lightyear's Flying Tossers and eggs at barnyard targets in Hamm & Eggs. Also part of the experience is Green Army Men Shoot Camp, a baseball throw/plate breaking game and Woody's Rootin' Tootin' Shootin' Gallery.
There are plenty of surprises in store as some targets trigger unexpected reactions and it’s great for competitive types – a scoreboard lists the winner at the end. And for families who have already visited Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there’s no chance of repetition as Toy Story Mania is never the same.
And pay special attention to Mr. Potato Head in Toy Story Mania. It’s the first time one of Disney’s special ‘Audio-Animatronics figures’ has lips with so many lifelike movements and who can even remove and re-attach a body part (his ear) – plus he has digitally animated eyes which look directly at the guest he is chatting to. The pre-recorded dialogue is performed by comedian Don Rickles who also voices the character in the Toy Story films.
