Week 10

A near-death experience in the Big Brother house

It's with a heavy heart that we bring you news of a possible death in the Big Brother house. Rachel woke this morning to the sight of Heaven - one of the house fish - lying at the bottom of his tank. Cue lots of upset girls running around trying to save it, and lots of bemused boys wondering why they were bothering. As Rex put it:

"I've never seen anything so ridiculous in my life. You've been over-feeding them. It's simple. They'll both die."

Breaking records

In true Olympic spirit, the gang are throwing themselves into this week's Beijing inspired task to bag that much-needed luxury food budget. As sport-nut Rachel woke to the sight of a treadmill, she whooped with delight and couldn't wait to get started.

Meanwhile, Sara has been breaking records of her own – how much flirting can one person do in a day? The Darnell/Stuart seesaw tipped back towards sexy Stu last night, as the pair curled up on the sofas for an intimate chat. Insecure Stu confided in Sara that he hates his appearance and is desperate to get his teeth fixed and have a nose job. His moaning gave Sara the perfect opportunity to tell Stu just how good looking she thinks he is.

"Stuart, you are major good looking," the Aussie strumpet assured him.

Back in the 'real world', near-naked photos of Dale dancing with The Dreamboys have appeared in the press. Yum! Watch out for our exclusive video interview with the ex-house hottie to get all the juicy gossip...

Tensions mount

Lisa really is psychic! Mario's missus predicted the end of 'happy, happy house' and how right she was. When not shouting at each other, the HMS have been having a right old whine over the past few hours.

Head whinger is Darnell, who thinks not only is his love life a failure, but at just 26, his career is also dunzo.

"I am the weakest one. I have already had auditions with the biggest people; if I was going to be a star then I would have been by now."

The strain was too much for poor Kat, who blasted militant new Head of House Mikey after he put a brownie in her bath.

"I tidy, I clean and he doesn't care. I don't think he like me. He make my life hard. He doesn't like me, I really feel that."

We're with Nicole on this one, what a waste of a brownie!

Elsewhere, Stu has been winding up his fellow HMs. After telling them he doesn't intend to speak to any of them once they are out of the house, he got into a war of words with Darnell over the cliques in the house.

"You say stupid things!" he snapped.

Early reports suggest it's Rachel and Stu up for eviction this week. So, will Stu's aggressive behaviour see him get the boot? At least Darnell will be happy if he goes, as he'll finally be able to paw Sara in peace.

Getting wiggy with it

So Dale is enjoying life on the outside with Jen. Speaking to The Sun, the lovebirds revealed they’ve had a fun-packed weekend.

“I’d been pining for Jen for weeks and was so lonely without her. To finally get her to myself without the TV cameras watching was amazing.”

“We were up all night. It was absolute bliss…” Jen added. Sauce!

Stuart wasn’t so happy to survive the public eviction.

"I'm sick of this House and all the people in it…. I woke up and thought I'd be alright, but the stuff that went on last night and this morning... what am I doing here? I'm not missing home today or anything... I actually sick of the people in here now."

The baking task saw the housemates bake two cakes based on St Paul's Cathedral and the Millennium Dome. But poor Rachel’s decision to pick Hell housemates as winners for their sponge Dome cake upset the Heaven bakers.

"Why? Why? Because we have icing on it and you don't like icing? Oh my god. That is *******" ranted Darnell.

"It's supposed to be about the monuments… their cake doesn't look like anything! Rachel, you've got a lot of people ****** off with you now…" Rex added. Charming, say we!

At least the house divide has finally come down and the housemates are free to roam and hop into different beds. Is that a smile we spot on Nicole’s face?

Big Brother set up a barber shop in the house, with gym fanatic Lisa chosen as the hairdresser. A jar had to be filled with housemates' hair to pass the task. Each housemate could give as much or as little hair as they wanted, providing the jar was filled. Mikey, Stuart and Darnell had their heads completely shaved, while cookie-lover Kat's has also been shorn. Nicole refused to have anything lopped off, much to the annoyance of Mikey, who called her "spoilt".

But the task was won and much booze and wigs were handed out for a night and partying, spin the bottle and much kissing. After locking lips with Nicole, surely there can’t be anyone left in the house that Sara hasn’t got it on with?

Dale is out

Dale is the 8th housemate to leave the Big Brother house. Davina delivered the news to the sofa-bound housemates and it was hugs all round, with Sara telling Dale he’ll have the "best time ever" on the outside. Will Jen be waiting with open arms and will those magazines be queuing up to persuade him to show off more of his muscles? Only time will tell.

Dale may have gone, but with the crowds chanting ‘Get Rex out’, we’re guessing the opinionated chef may find it tough going next time he faces a public vote. It’s been a fractious day in the house. Despite Nicole finally getting her mitts on her long-lost suitcase, we’re not so sure the smile on her face will last. Rex has upset Mikey with his selfish behaviour and poor Rachel got an emotional video message from home. And bad boy Stu spent over 11 hours in jail. Hardcore!

Coupling

The Hell housemates may not be loving their 24-hour call out puppetry duties, but Nicole takes the award for the unhappiest housemate.

"Hey Nicole! You don't want to say good morning?" asked a puppy-dog looking Rex from across the fence.

"It's all right for you, I've had the worst day ever in my life. I can't be bothered to explain... I don't want to talk about it." Nicole spat back.

A grumpy looking Rex unburdened himself in the Diary Room.

"I'm proud of her, but she can be very difficult at times. Nicole doesn't have her suitcase and she prides herself on her appearance. I could never imagine her coming into the House without hot water and hair straighteners. And cuddling her through the divide is difficult. I have a sore arm. If I had a choice, I'm not sure that I would have wanted her to be here. I'm not one person anymore, I'm two."

Trouble in paradise there then!

Meanwhile, potential couple Sara and Darnell played flirtatiously in the pool. And their behaviour didn't go unnoticed by other housemates, with Kat expressing concern.

"Do you think Darnell likes Sara?" she asked Rachel. "Mo mentioned it and Darnell got very upset the other day."

"That's gonna really change the dynamic of the group," continued Kat. "I'm worried a little bit. I don't want him to get upset."
