Weekday morning BBC One is terrifying. Consumer shows like Saints And Scroungers and Cowboy Trap exist purely to convince the elderly that everyone is either a fiendish confidence trickster or a walking knifecrime. It’s only a matter of time before BBC One launches shows called Never Trust Anybody Ever and Hide In Your Cupboard Immediately. Much better would be to ditch these shows altogether.
