X Factor took up most of the headlines during the latter part of the year, but, aside from Frankie's foolishness, nothing caused as much of a stir as Tulisa and Louis accusing Misha B of bullying another contestant. And, in hindsight, the ill-timed confrontation almost definitely cost Misha a place in the final.
