Cardinal Wolsey was one of the most important and well-documented men in British history, so surely The Tudors' writers wouldn't dare meddle with his biography, right? Well, apart from the fact they have him commit gory suicide by cutting his own throat, while the real Wolsey died of some boring illness. Never let the truth get in the way of a good story, and all that.
