This time around there's a self-confessed "Rotweiler", a former Bond girl, and a wannabe who describes herself as "the best saleswoman in Europe."

20,000 CVS were received from applicants around the UK - eventually whittled down to 16. This time around the business challenges will see our wannabes sweat it out running rival laundrettes, pubs and in the first episode this Wednesday, rival fish stalls at London markets.

With trusted aides Nick and Margaret again at his side, Sir Al makes it clear from the off who's in charge. "This is business boot camp," he says. "Mary Poppins I am not. I'm not going to hold your hand. Business starts now."
