Rita never was any good at picking men but Alan Bradley was a low point, even for her. After Rita worked out Alan had raped Dawn Prescott he tried to kill her – leading her to lose her memory and run away to Blackpool. But Alan then famously came to a sticky end when he got hit by a tram while chasing Rita.
