This is where you'll find some solutions to some common problems we hope you don't encounter with the player, but if you should...
I can't see any video
Do you have Windows Media 9 installed? If not click here for the free download.
Do you have any other applications open? Are you downloading something, using a flash game, Kazaa or have you got an online gaming connection open? Sometimes all of these things will eat your Internet bandwidth and won't leave enough connection to make the player work.
The video is jumpy, blocky, or the sound is crackly
Close down any other applications you have open, check your selected connection speed, and retest it to make sure you're on the right connection option.
If that doesn't work try selecting a lower connection. If all else fails are you sure you're computer meets the minimum spec required to make the player work?
I can't see other things I had open when I launched the player
It's ok, be calm, your other applications are still there, simply minimise the player and you'll see that they're still there and you can still use them.
I can't launch the player
Are you on Windows NT? Check that you have the minimum required specifications on your machine, look here.
Do you have a firewall? They can stop or slow down the speed of your computer. You may need to configure your firewall to open relevant ports (doors to the internet in your computer) to enable you to watch streaming online video.
My Internet Explorer status bar has disappeared
Yeah, that can happen. You'll need to re-activate it. Click on 'View' on the menu bar and then select 'Status Bar'.
