General video help

If you're experiencing problems viewing video content, you may be using an incompatible Web browser or missing an essential plugin. Here's what software you'll need to enjoy the full experience...

Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 or above. If you have Internet Explorer but aren't sure which version you're running, click "Help" on the toolbar and select "About Internet Explorer" to find out.

If you don't have Internet Explorer yet, you can download it from Microsoft's website, free of charge, click here.

Macromedia Flash Player version 7 or above. The latest version is available free of charge at macromedia.com's website, click here

Any Web browser which is compatible with Microsoft Windows Media Player, such as Internet Explorer, Netscape or Firefox.
Microsoft Windows Media Player version 7 or later, which is available to download here.

If the video or audio isn’t playing smoothly there are a few reasons why this might be happening:

Do you have an application open which might be using up bandwidth? Are you downloading large files or using a peer to peer application? These things can eat up your bandwidth and make it difficult for our server to deliver data to your computer fast enough for it to play out properly.

If you don’t have any applications open and you’re sure there isn’t anything else using your bandwidth then try checking that your media player has the right bandwidth settings, it could be trying to play out a much higher bandwidth connection than you actually have.

If you’re still having trouble then check out the Windows Media Player help pages for more advice.
