Getting started

Before you start watching the virgin video player there are a few things you need to check on your computer...

Do you have a pop-up blocker? If you have a pop-up blocker switched on you'll need to disable it, otherwise it will block the player (there are no pop-up adverts on the player).

Do you have Windows Media Player 9? To check what version of windows media player you have or to download version 9, click here, (it's a free download).

Do you have Internet Explorer 6 or above? To check what version of Internet Explorer you have or to download version 6 or a later version, click here, (it's a free download).

Below you'll find the recommended and the minimum computer set up to be able to watch and to get the best experience watching the player:

The player will work with the above minimum requirements, but with potentially limited functionality, so we suggest the optimum setup to get the best experience.
