A seductive cocktail of sun, sea, celebrity and sport, the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters is a gleaming jewel in the crown of the ATP World Tour.

 

Part of the build-up to the French Open, this year’s tournament in the jaw-droppingly gorgeous setting of Monaco will see six of the world’s top ten men – including world no1 Rafael Nadal, this year’s Australian Open finalist Marin Cilic and fast-rising young German star Alexander Zverev – among those battling it out for glory, with 1,000 ranking points and over £700,000 in prize money going to the winner. These tennis players have it tough, don’t they?
