With the best will in the world, finding time to work out is hard. It’s not just the time spent at the gym or class – it’s getting ready, getting there, warming up and down, showering, then getting home. Throw in a bit of classic procrastination (those TikToks won’t watch themselves), and you end up going less and less.

There is an easier way. Our family of apps is getting even bigger with the launch of FIIT, the UK’s no. 1 rated fitness app. And customers with a Virgin TV 360 box or Stream from Virgin Media can now get the FIIT app straight to their TV.

And with FIIT you’ll also be able to workout on the go, on holiday or at the gym.

Work out at home

Once you’ve signed up to FIIT, you can follow a whole world of workouts without leaving your home. All you need is some clear floor space to get involved (a 2 x 2m space is recommended). Depending on the workout, you might need some equipment such as a fitness mat or dumbbells, but there are also plenty of no-equipment classes as well. Best of all, there’s no queue for the shower afterwards.

Personalise your workout

Forget joining a random class just because the one you wanted was fully booked. Do the class you want, because with FIIT there are classes for everyone and at a variety of lengths – from 10 minutes to 40 minutes. Whether you want to go hard with strength training, HIIT or combat, or something more sedate (but no less good for you) like yoga, Pilates, breathwork or mobility flows, you’ll be able to choose your next session based on your favourite type of exercise, your fitness level or your mood.

To take your personalisation to the next level, you’ll also be able to see your training plan and favourite classes or trainers on the FIIT mobile and web app, which is available on both iOS and Android devices. You can also connect your heart rate monitor to your mobile app to see heart rate, reps and calories burnt.

Find a class to suit you

When you jump onto the TV app on your Virgin TV 360 or Stream box, you’ll find recommended classes, trainers, collections, new releases and more. You can use your Virgin TV remote and press Select on any workout to get going.

As well as classes you might be familiar with, the training team at FIIT has developed their own “secret sauce”: unique class concepts designed to develop your functional fitness and build power and stamina, fast:

Endure

Endure classes, such as Endure and Nonstop, are all about that slow burn – steady, low-intensity bodyweight exercises on repeat. They’re your secret weapon to build up your aerobic capacity, especially if you’re just starting your fitness journey.

Metcon

Short for “metabolic conditioning”, this science-based approach to exercise is guaranteed to incinerate calories and get your heart pumping. With the help of a banging playlist, you’ll power through dynamic moves such as thrusters, squats and burpees in classes like Metcon, Dumbbell Shred and Kettlebell Shred.

Speed

Once you’ve got the hang of Endure and Metcon classes, you’ll be ready to take on the rocket-fuelled Speed sessions – think Speed, Push Pull and Circuits. These workouts are all about short but super-explosive bursts of energy followed by long rest periods. They’ll get you fit, guaranteed. And the post-class dopamine hit is another bonus.

The trainers are world-class

The FIIT trainers aren’t just mega-fit, infectiously enthusiastic and full of fun – they also really know their stuff, coming from disciplines as diverse as dance, football and yoga. Let us introduce you to a few of our favourites.

Gede Foster

A former dancer with tons of professional qualifications (and some Olympic lifting on the side), Gede is FIIT’s Head of Fitness. She’s got a legion of fans who would never miss one of her inspiring Cardio, Strength and Pilates workouts.

Lina Nielsen

As both a professional sprinter and yogi, Lina understands how the two disciplines can complement each other. Insanely strong and flexible, she’ll encourage you to level up with deep stretching and challenging poses.

Kage Douglas

Kage is all about that deep Barre burn, using high-intensity, low-impact moves to target your muscles so that you can tone, strengthen and align. Your body will be as fired up as his 1980s-inspired playlist.

Alex Crockford

Impressively ripped, Alex’s focus is strength and his tough workouts, whether deploying your bodyweight or dumbbells, are designed to burn fat, build muscle and improve mobility. Job done!

Gus Vaz Tostes

Ex-professional footballer Gus is on a mission to teach his FIIT tribe about “functional fitness” – protecting your body against injury and preparing it for the everyday challenges that life throws at you. That means dumbbells at the ready for a fast, fun and furious workout that will cover all your muscles in no time.

The app offers more than just workouts

Joining the app also grants you membership to the FIIT community, with new sets of training plans released every month. Plus, you can connect and compete with others on the app and join group workouts with live leaderboards (up to 60 a day) if that’s your jam.
