He’s coming home, he’s coming home, he’s coming… CORDEN’S COMING HOME! Get ready for a triumphant return like no other, because James Corden is hopping on a flight from the States, and bringing his award-winning talk show with him!

This will be the second time that James Corden has beamed his show from London, following a three-night run in 2017. But this year it promises to be bigger and better than ever.

Top-drawer celebrity guests, musical mayhem, jokes and japery are all on the cards, but we can’t give too much away. But read on for a sneak peek of what to expect when it all kicks off on Tuesday 19 June…

It’s not just a one-off

What’s better than one night of The Late Late Show With James Corden? Four nights! The comic is taking over Sky One, with his unmissable talk show being beamed to your front room across four consecutive, entertainment-packed evenings. And don’t worry if you end up missing any of the fun, because you can get up to speed with everything on Catch Up TV.

The guests are properly A-list

Cher

Corden’s contact book must be teeming with top names if the line-up for his UK return is anything to go by. We’re talking Cher, Cate Blanchett, Chris Pratt, Damian Lewis, Orlando Bloom, Foo Fighters, Niall Horan, the England football team and more. Keep your sunglasses handy, because you might just be blinded by all of the star power.

Expect a uniquely British twist on some old favourites

If you have access to something called the internet, you’re probably aware of the phenomenon that is Carpool Karaoke. This outrageously popular portion of Corden’s show will be among the regular segments you can expect to see when he brings The Late Late Show over here. And guess who's in the passenger seat this time around? Only Sir Paul McCartney!

It will be broadcast from a historic venue

The Late Late Show With James Corden

A special TV event needs a special setting – and where better than the venue of the first meeting of the United Nations General Assembly in 1946. That's right, for James Corden's UK specials he'll be taking over Westminster’s famous Central Hall for the four-night UK run. We're just hoping that Cher will be wearing something suitably undiplomatic for her chat with Corden. You'll have to watch and see.
