Both: It’s relaxed and friendly.

What are your fave places to go out?

Anna: Babel is really good, lots of people always go there and the music changes throughout the night. I also like Hipp, it attracts a mixed crowd. We also really love Koi. It has a good mix of people, lots of hot men and stylish people. Chokladfabriken is great for dancing, they play hip-hop and r ‘n’ b.

Typical night out?

Both: We always sit in Mello Yellow early in the night and then go on to Koi.

What’s the difference between Möllan and Lilla Torg?

Anna: Möllan is retro, stylish, a bit underground. Lilla Torg is fashionable and sophisticated.

Maria: Younger people go to Möllan, around 18-20 years old. Here in Lilla Torg the crowd are 20-25 years old. It’s very cute in Lilla Torg. Möllan is not so cute, it’s a bit more rough.

What do you like about going out in Malmö?

Anna: Lilla Torg is the sh*t!

Maria: It’s a small city, you know everyone and everything around you. People here are fashion conscious so it’s very stylish. Also, even when it’s cold, you can sit outside and smoke, because of the heaters.

Where would you take a visitor to Malmö?

Maria: I would take them to a nice café.

Anna: I would take them to Spirit store for the designer clothes!

Where in Europe would you like to go clubbing?

Anna: Madrid.

Maria: London - for the Notting Hill carnival.
