Remember to pack your yellow mac before you tour the locations where Keeping Faith was filmed.

Keeping Faith filming locations: Laugharne estuary, Laugharne, Carmarthenshire

Keeping Faith gave us some serious house envy. You’ll find Faith’s house on the banks of the Laugharne estuary. The estuary is in shot when she sits on her decking, sipping wine. She’s not the only one who has enjoyed this sweeping view. Poet Dylan Thomas used to live in The Boathouse that also overlooks the estuary. His former residence is now a museum. He was also fond of drinking at the nearby Brown’s Hotel, which has estuary views. The small town of Laugharne is used extensively in the series so you’ll no doubt recognise many of the local sites.

Keeping Faith filming locations: Pendine Beach, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire

Several beach scenes were filmed on Pendine Beach. This Blue Flag beach has seven miles of sand, making it one of the longest beaches in Wales. There are some spectacular clifftop walks where you can enjoy the sea views.

Keeping Faith filming locations: Carmarthen Guildhall, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire

Carmarthen Guildhall was used as the location for tense court scenes. This 18th-century building housed a crown court for many years, which hasn't been used since 2016. While there are plans to convert the building into a bar and restaurant, the courtrooms are to stay put due to their well-preserved historic features.

Keeping Faith filming locations: Two Central Square, Cardiff

When Faith visits London, filming moved to Cardiff for that big city look. Two Central Square, a glass-fronted office building, was used for interior and exterior scenes. Close to the River Taff and the Principality Stadium, Two Central Square is part of an ambitious plan to overhaul Cardiff’s city centre. It is the new home of Cardiff University.

Keeping Faith filming locations: Broadcasting House, Llandaff, Cardiff

Broadcasting House was the headquarters of BBC Cymru Wales from the 1960s until 2020 when the corporation moved to the city centre. Keeping Faith was one of the final productions that used Broadcasting House as a filming location, turning it into a hospital in season three. The site is set to be redeveloped for housing.

Keeping Faith filming locations: Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London

One of the few Keeping Faith filming locations outside of Wales is the Royal Courts of Justice. In season three, we see Faith visiting the capital for work. The distinctive gothic building is in the background. The Royal Courts of Justice is home to the High Court and the Court of Appeal, so many important cases have been heard here. The High Court deals with some of the most high-profile and high-value civil cases in the UK, so Faith’s career must be going pretty well.
