How to manage the account

To transfer services to another person’s name without any other charges, download and complete our Bereavement Transfer form and email it to us. Once you’ve sent it, we’ll update the account with 7 days.

To make changes to the services at the same time as transferring it into another person's name, please call us on the number below.

To disconnect the services, download the Bereavement Disconnect form and email it back to us. Once you’ve sent it, we’ll update the accounts within 7 days.
