Usually if you’ve entered your PIN wrong 3 times your phone will lock you out. You’ll need a Personal Unlocking Key (PUK) to unlock it.
• Sign in to Your Account
• Select Plan and device
• Select the Summary tab

It’s important that you don’t enter your PUK code 10 times. If you do this by mistake, you'll need to get a replacement SIM. If this has happened, text us for free on 07533 016 422* and our team will help. Our opening times are 7am – 11pm, Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm Saturday to Sunday.
