To help your TV box reconnect to our system, turn it off at the wall or set the switch at the back of the TV box to 0 and unplug the power cable. Don't turn it back on just yet.
To ensure your TiVo box is properly connected to our servers, check that all cables shown in the diagramm are securely attached to your TiVo box.
To check if your connection is restored, switch the TV box back on at the mains or reinsert the power supply.
