To help your TV box reconnect to our system, turn it off at the wall or set the switch at the back of the box to 0 and unplug the power cable. Don't turn it back on just yet.

To see if you're reconnected, switch the WiFi Hub's power back on at the wall and the back of the Hub. The Hub will then reboot which can take 5 - 10 minutes. Once you see a solid white light, check if you're back online.
Switch the TV box back on at the wall or reinsert the power supply to check if your service is fixed. Make sure the switch at the back of the box is on 1.
