Turn the power socket off at the wall. Check the Hub’s power cable is firmly plugged in to the wall socket, too.
Make sure all the cables connect firmly into the Hub. Check the Hub’s power button is switched on, too, ready for turning the power back on at the wall.
Turn the power socket on at the wall and let the Hub start up – it could take around 10 minutes. When the white power light’s solidly lit, check if you’re back online.
