Virgin Media devices aren’t locked to a network so you can use them with a SIM from another provider. Just put your new SIM into your phone when you’re ready.

If you want to use your new Virgin Mobile SIM in a device that’s not from us and it’s locked to another network then you’ll need to talk to that network to find out how to unlock it.
