Help signing in to My Virgin Media
My Virgin Media is your own personal area where you can manage account details, view bills and more. Once you’ve registered, you can sign in to our apps and at virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia.

No problem. Here are a few hints that might help:
- The email address you need to sign in with is the same one you chose when you registered with Virgin Media.
- Your password is between 6 and 10 characters. It begins with a letter and contains a number.

If you’re a Virgin Media customer but don't have a My Virgin Media account, you can register now - it only takes a minute. Just grab your account number and area reference, which you can find on your bill or in an eBilling email.
