My Virgin Media is your own personal area where you can manage account details, view bills and more. Once you’ve registered, you can sign in to our apps and at virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia.

No problem. Here are a few hints that might help:

• The email address you need to sign in with is the same one you chose when you registered with Virgin Media.                         
• Your password is between 6 and 10 characters. It begins with a letter and contains a number.
