Can’t watch Virgin TV?

Sorry you’re having trouble – try these steps to get your TV service working again.

1. Make sure you’re on the right input

Check that your TV is on the right input channel for your Virgin TV box. To do this, simply scroll through the input channels by pressing the button marked ‘AV,’ ‘Source’ or ‘Input’ on your TV remote.

2. Reset your Virgin TV box

Resetting your box sorts out most issues. Just press the standby (power) button on the front of your Virgin TV box for five seconds, or switch off the power at the mains for 30 seconds.

3. Check your power

If there’s no light on the front of your Virgin TV box, check that the cables going into the box are connected properly. A faulty extension lead could also be causing problems.
