A guide to billing
Latest bill summary
Here’s where you get to grips with your latest bill at a glance.
The Bill date is when your bill is created.
The Due by date is when you should pay your latest bill by.
Already paid some of your bill?
The Balance left to pay will show you what you still owe.
If you’re a Direct Debit customer, you’ll see your total Payments since last bill.
When making a payment, it can take a few hours to show in the app, or longer if you paid overnight.
A word on your first bill
In your first bill, we charge for your first month and next month together. This only happens when you first join us, or if you’ve just moved house.
Your first bill might also include one-off charges like installation fees or moving fees.
Help with your last bill
You’ll continue getting billed until your disconnection date, which might include charges for services after that date. We’ll put everything right on your final bill.
When your disconnection date has passed, you’ll get a final bill that shows any last charges for services you used up until you were disconnected.
If your account is in credit, we’ll automatically arrange for a cheque refund to be sent to you.
Recent charges
The Recent charges section is where you can check up on everything that’s going to be added to your next bill.
Any credit from us to you will also appear in this section.
Direct Debit
If you pay by Direct Debit, you can check and change the details by selecting Bills below.
If not, you can sign up for a Direct Debit, and save yourself time and a bit of money to boot.
Your credit limit
You’ll only see this section if a credit limit has been set on your account.
The credit limit is a cap on extra charges like On Demand services and calls that aren’t included in your package cost.
