We've just upgraded your broadband so you can really make the most of your downloading.

Servicing and repairs are included. So, if something goes wrong with your Virgin Media kit and it needs to be repaired, we'll take care of it without charging you a penny. Unlike BT, who may charge up to £129 for some call-outs.

What if you're currently on an offer?
If you're currently on a promotional offer with us, we will honour it. So that means some of your increase may happen when this offer comes to an end.
What happens next?
We hope you'll carry on enjoying everything with us. But if you want to, you can change or cancel your package at any time before the date stated on your email or letter, without paying any cancellation fees.

Broadband upgrade: Average download speed of tier achievable by 50% of customers at peak times (8-10pm, Monday –Sunday). Actual speed of your Broadband might vary from the speed advertised.
Inclusive servicing/repairs: Excludes misuse/mistreatment. Equipment remains property of Virgin Media.
