Our Family Plans help you manage your family’s mobile contracts under one account. This helps you keep an eye on spending over all devices, gives you the simplicity of receiving one bill and lets you save money when you take out additional lines. On top of this, all calls between mobiles on the same Family Plan are free, so you’ll never have to worry about losing contact with your loved ones.

How do I get a Family Plan? How do I get a Family Plan?
Family Plans are only available for customers with Virgin Media TV or broadband services. If you take out more than one eligible Family Plan mobile contract on the same account you’ll automatically get a discount. Some existing tariffs may not be eligible for Family Plans but you may be able to upgrade your contract to an eligible one. To check if you can upgrade your contract you can do this via Your Account. How many Family Plan numbers can I take and how much can I save? How many Family Plan numbers can I take and how much can I save?
You can have up to five eligible numbers on one Family Plan (subject to credit check). This can be any combination of Sim Only, Freestyle, Classic, Oomph bundles or mobile broadband. You’ll receive a £2 discount for each additional line you add too, up to a total of £8.

The best way to manage your Family Plan is in the Virgin Mobile App or in Your Account. Here you’ll be able to see usage, manage spend caps and purchase add ons for all your Family Plan lines.

If you don’t have broadband or TV services with us your mobile number won’t be eligible for Family Plans. Pay As You Go, 30 day SIM Only, and contracts purchased via Carphone Warehouse are also excluded, as are some of our entry level tariffs (See table below)

What if I want to cancel one of my Family Plan numbers? What if I want to cancel one of my Family Plan numbers?
If you want to cancel one of your lines, this will be processed as normal. Your other lines on the Family Plan will not be impacted, but your overall discount will reduce.
