How do I call Directory Enquiries from my Virgin phone?

You can call 118 180 for no additional cost from your Virgin Media home phone up to 10 times a day. Charges apply for calls to 118 180 from other operators.

You are responsible for making sure that you do not exceed your allowance of 10 calls per day. If you do exceed the allowance, we reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to charge you for the call. Calls will be charged at our standard access charge plus the applicable service charge. Onward connection restrictions apply.

The Virgin Media services are:

  • 118 190 (International Directory Enquiries)
