And when they’re done, a full report of their work will be sent to you, for your records. If you already have F-Secure SAFE and want to upgrade to HomeWorks, you can do this by registering or signing into My Virgin Media and selecting My Apps. F-secure SAFE will be notified of this change and stop your existing F-Secure SAFE standalone payments.
Yes. Once you upgrade to HomeWorks you will receive F-Secure SAFE inclusive for the duration of you having this add-on on your account.
HomeWorks is provided on a 30 day rolling contract. You can cancel HomeWorks at any time by giving us 30 days’ prior notice.
HomeWorks is an add-on as defined in our terms and conditions for Virgin Media Television, Virgin Broadband and Virgin Phone Services, or, if you are an Oomph customer, in our standard Oomph terms and conditions (as applicable, the “Virgin Media Standard Terms” available here. The Virgin Media Standard Terms shall also apply to the HomeWorks service. In addition to the Virgin Media Standard Terms, these terms and conditions will form part of your Virgin Media customer contract once an eligible order for HomeWorks has been accepted by us.
HomeWorks is available to new and existing Virgin Fibre customers in selected areas, as a chargeable monthly add-on to their broadband service.
HomeWorks is currently usually £9.99 per month on a rolling 30 day contract. You may cancel the HomeWorks add-on at any time by giving us 30 days prior notice in accordance with the Virgin Media Standard Terms. Where you cancel HomeWorks, your underlying cable service remains unaffected and shall continue as normal. If you cease to be a Virgin Fibre customer, your HomeWorks will also end.
40% off HomeWorks available to existing customers who choose HomeWorks and a speed tier increase on M50, M100, M200 and M350Fibre Broadband only. Discounted price £6 per month. The cost of the speedtier increase is additional. Also available to existingM500 and Gig1 Fibre Broadband customers with no speed tier increase. Next Day Priority Service: Priority for available next day appointments vs other cable customers if appointment is required, subject to appointment availability. You must call contact centre during contact centre opening hours to get next day availability.
Gadget Rescue: included in the cost of HomeWorks, usually £5 per month for 6 months, plus a £20 setup fee. One-off help usually £60.
