Plug the cables into the second TV box

You’re in your second room and it’s time to set up the second TV box.
Similar to the first TV box, plug the white adaptor into the box, followed by the HDMI cable and then the power cable. Like before – don’t plug the power cable into a plug socket yet.

Plug into your Virgin Media wall socket

Push the white isolator cable with the black band into the cable adaptor connected to the TV box.
Now take the red-banded end of the isolator cable, and plug it firmly into the Virgin Media socket on your wall.
Quick tip
If there’s already a cable plugged into your Virgin Media wall socket, use the spanner supplied in the box to remove it.
Only one socket?
If there is not a second socket, contact us and we’ll get that sorted.

Turn on and start up the TV box

Now the cables are ready, it’s time to pop the power cable into a plug socket and make sure it’s switched on. Check the box is switched on at the back too.
The TV box may take around 30 minutes to start up while it connects for the first time.
