Mobile Unlock Code


To request an unlock code for your device you will need to complete the below form including your phone’s IMEI number.

The IMEI number is a unique code, usually 15 digits long, which can be found by entering *#06# on your phone.

Once we have received your request we will get back to you via email within 72 hours.

If you are unsure on how to unlock your device or need more information, please visit our SIM Help page. We can only provide unlock codes for devices that are locked to the EE network – if your device is locked to another network please contact them directly.

Important Information: Unlock codes are specific to a device and cannot be re-used with another handset. It is your responsibility to ensure that the IMEI code entered is accurate in order to review the correct code. Entering an unlock code that is not compatible with your device may cause it to be permanently locked or damaged.
 

IMPORTANT: This form is only for Virgin Media customers who we have sent a letter to and asked them to swap their SIM card.

If you have left us for a new provider, are looking to pass on your locked handset, or any other scenario which requires an unlock code, please call customer care. Please do not submit a request as we are unable to respond to these types of queries through this form.
