How to view your Virgin Media bill?

Have a look at your bills by registering or signing in to My Virgin Media, where you can see your latest bill and view any bills you’ve had in the last 12 months. You can even make a payment or manage your Direct Debit details.

Alternatively you can download our handy My Virgin Media app and check out your bills from the palm of your hand.

If you’re an Oomph bundle customer, for your broadband, TV or home phone account all you need to do is register or sign in to your My Virgin Media account and head to ‘My Bills’.

For your mobile account, you’ll need to head over to Your Account to see your mobile usage and out of plan charges.
