I'm getting a password error when I send emails
If you are currently experiencing problems when sending emails from a Virgin Media Mail address via email software including Apple Mail, Outlook or Windows Live Mail, you may need to update your My Virgin Media password.

To make sure your email stays secure, you will be asked to pick a new password. Once you’ve changed your password, log back into Virgin Media Mail from your email software, and enter your new password when prompted.
