If you’ve just joined us or added a new service and require a refund of your first months rental charges and any installation charges, give our team a call on 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111* from any other phone within 14 days of activation. Please note you will only be charged for transactions (calls, purchases, service upgrades) occurring after activation.
