How to use your online Virgin Mobile account

Whether it’s checking your bills, tracking an order, or changing your international or premium call bar settings, you can do it all with Your Account – from any device, whenever you fancy. Once you’ve set up Your Account online, you can:
- Check your balance
- View your recent payments
- See your latest call, text and data usage
- Switch on roaming if you’re going abroad
- Update your Direct Debit and other details
- Add or change parental controls
- Switch on international or premium rate call bars
- Track a recent order
- Make an extra payment or Top-up
- Pick up your PUK code

It’s free to download and easy to use, too. You don’t need to log in each time, just tap and go!
Managing your bills 24/7
With Your Account, you can easily view, print and download your 12 most recent bills.
You can choose one of two ways to get your bill:
- Online every month, we'll email or text you as soon as your bill is ready so you can check it out straight away. It's free and you can set it up right here
- If you'd prefer a paper copy, no problem. These cost an extra £1.75 per bill. And if you want to view it online, you can easily do so by logging in to Your Account

For every £100 you spend on calls and messages, or bundles, we'll give you £10 towards your next phone. With Your Rewards, you can earn up to £100 off any new phone in our range. Woohoo! See how much you have to spend by visiting Your Account and clicking on Your Rewards on the Overview page, any time you like. Fancy switching to a monthly tariff?
