These are our costs for UK calls. There is no difference between off-peak or peak times, call rates always remain the same. After any minimum call charge that applies our calls are billed per minute and our charges are rounded up to the nearest penny, except for calls to landlines and service numbers outside of your allowance. Calls that use your monthly allowance are billed per minute.

Mobile data is measured in Kilobytes (KB), Megabytes (MB) or Gigabytes (GB). A MB is 1024 KB, and a GB is roughly 1024 MB. If Data usage is less than 1KB it’ll be rounded to the nearest Kilobyte(KB). If your plan includes a data allowance, once your allowance is used up you’ll be charged for any extra data you use

Our calls are billed per minute and our charges are rounded up to the nearest penny. A minimum call charge of one minute applies.
Calls to other non-geographic numbers: Freephone calls starting 0800 or 0808 are now free from mobiles. Calls to 0500 are free. Calls to 070 numbers will cost 75p a minute in the UK.
Calls to service numbers: The way you’re charged for calling numbers beginning 084, 087, 118 and 09 has changed. The cost of calling these numbers will be formed of a combined access and service charge: we set the access charge and the company you’re phoning set the service charge. Your access charge for these numbers will be shown on your bill and is currently 58p per minute. The service charge will be advertised by the company that you are calling. If any of these numbers are included in your bundle you will not be charged the access or service charge.
1. This refers to numbers beginning with 01,02 or 03 and landline calls to Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man.
2. Many phones can send texts up to three times as long as normal. They’ll be delivered as separate messages, so you’ll be charged for each. Call forwarding services (that’s numbers beginning with 07744 and 07755) are not included. Excludes calls and texts to Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man mobiles. Currently excludes calls to Truphone, Mundio, HAY Systems, TG Support and Cable & Wireless.
3. Calls & texts to mobiles in Channel Islands & Isle of Man are out of allowance.
* The cost of sending an MMS is 50p, but if your handset settings are incorrect you may incur the daily rate for data (£3 per GB per day) if you do not have a data allowance. For more information on phone settings please see Virgin Mobile phone settings
