Step 2 – Please wait 30 minutes for the TV box to activate.

If you have installed the TV box within the last 30 minutes this error code may be shown as the box isn’t activated yet.

Still seeing the error after 30 minutes? Please sign into Service status and run a test against the TV box you are installing. By doing this we’ll be able to reboot the box or put you in touch with the right team.
