Step 1 - Check you're getting the best internet connection to the TV box

The connection the TV box is getting is slow. This might affect the quality of your TV.

If you're using a Wired Booster, please check:

  • The Booster is plugged directly into the wall
  • The Booster isn't placed too far from the Hub
  • Other devices aren't plugged in near the Booster
