Step 2 – Check your connections
You'll need to check that your TV box is connected correctly.
- Make sure the white cable is firmly connected to the back of your TV box and your Virgin Media wall socket.
- From the wall socket follow the white cable making sure it's tightly connected to your splitter.
- If your TV box is connected to your Hub, make sure the white wire going into your Hub is tightly connected and your hub is in the upright position.
