Step 2 – Check your connections

You'll need to check that your TV box is connected correctly.

  1. Make sure the white cable is firmly connected to the back of your TV box and your Virgin Media wall socket.
  2. From the wall socket follow the white cable making sure it's tightly connected to your splitter.
  3. If your TV box is connected to your Hub, make sure the white wire going into your Hub is tightly connected and your hub is in the upright position.
