I keep receiving failed delivery messages in my email inbox, is someone trying to use my account?

Possibly, but not always. Your email account may have been hacked or compromised. For more information on compromised email accounts please check what to do if you think your email account has been accessed by someone else.

If you have already taken steps to secure your account but you’re still receiving non-delivery reports, it’s likely your account is subject to Email Spoofing – where a spammer forges the ‘From’ address in an email to make it look like it has come from your address. Unfortunately we are unable to stop this from occurring as this misuse does not usually originate from our network.
