Meet the cast of Black Panther

All you need to know about its characters and cast members as the smash hit lands on Sky Cinema

Get your claws into the world-conquering blockbuster that changed the course of the superhero movie…

Black Panther, available from Friday 12 October in Sky Cinema on demand. Cert 12. Also available in HD

Black Panther was not just a big film at the box office – it was a big moment for diversity in cinema. Featuring one of Marvel’s most prominent and popular black superheroes, it introduced a new culture and country (Wakanda) to the MCU. And, perhaps most importantly, it marked a huge step forward in terms of representation in Hollywood, celebrating the ancestory and people of Africa onscreen more accurately – and awesomely – than ever before.

We have director Ryan Coogler (Creed) to thank for much of that, who, together with a cast of top-tier talent, helped propel Black Panther to cinematic star status.

So, as it arrives on Sky Cinema, we thought it best to give a refresher on who’s who before we dip into the magical world of Wakanda once again. Simply click/hover on the image below to learn more about the heroes, enemies and allies of Wakanda…
