6 UEFA Champions League games to watch

Barcelona’s all-star battle with Inter Milan headlines a top week of action on BT Sport

As the tournament reaches a crucial stage, get ready for two nights of unmissable entertainment…

UEFA Champions League, continues Tuesday 6 November, BT Sport

The group stage of this season’s UEFA Champions League has been nothing short of dazzling, but with matchday four kicking off this Tuesday live on BT Sport, things are starting to get serious.

The continent’s biggest and best teams are ready to square off in the reverse of the fixtures we saw on matchday three – and with places in the last 16 still very much up for grabs, you can be sure of some seriously high drama.

This season, every single UEFA Champions League match is live and exclusive on BT Sport, but if you’re unsure about which to watch this week, try these six games on for size…

1. Tottenham Hotspur v PSV Eindhoven

Tuesday 6 November, 7pm, BT Sport 2 (CH 532/528)

Spurs are scrambling to save their UEFA Champions League campaign following a poor start in Group B. However, Mauricio Pochettino’s men will be marginal favourites to claim three vital points at Wembley against Eredivisie leaders PSV.

2. Napoli v Paris Saint-Germain

Tuesday 6 November, 8.15pm, BT Sport 3 (CH 533/529)

The assembled superstars of PSG travel to Italy in what could be one of the most entertaining group games we’ve seen so far. Group C – which also includes Liverpool – is finely balanced at present, which makes this stellar showdown even more unmissable.

3. Atlético Madrid v Borussia Dortmund

Tuesday 6 November, 7.45pm, BT Sport Extra 2 (access via Red Button)

This scrap between two of the continent’s best-supported clubs could well determine which of them lands the top spot in Group A. Atlético are the perfect blend of brains and brawn, while Dortmund have finally rediscovered their magic after a few years in the wilderness.

4. Inter Milan v Barcelona

Tuesday 6 November, 7.45pm, BT Sport ESPN/HD (CH 534/530)

Two of European football’s titans go head to head at San Siro in a match that will go a long way in deciding who finishes at the summit of Group B. Expect action that’s both fast and furious between two teams heaving with 24-carat talent.

5. Juventus v Manchester United

Wednesday 7 November, 7pm, BT Sport 2 (CH 532/528)

A blockbuster European tie if ever there was one, United battle Juventus in a match packed with star talent. While both teams are expected to make it through to the knockout stage, a slip up for either in this fixture will throw all of that into doubt. Get ready for a game to remember as these two footballing heavyweights slug it out.

6. Manchester City v Shakhtar Donetsk

Wednesday 7 November, 7.15pm, BT Sport 3 (CH 533/529)

The pressure will be on Pep Guardiola’s City to score a win over Ukraine’s finest, but can they rise to the challenge after what has so far proved an unconvincing European adventure? Meanwhile, Shakhtar are still in with a decent shout of qualifying from Group F, and may just fancy themselves to cause an upset.
