June 2016 feels like an awfully long time ago, doesn’t it? Especially if you’re a Peaky Blinders fan, because that was when the series 3 finale left us on the edge of our sofas, and it came back this November better than ever! Not seen it yet, then there are spoilers ahead...

We always knew series 4 was going to be a blinder! After Tommy Shelby (Cillian Murphy) turned Polly (Helen McCrory), Arthur (Paul Anderson), John and Michael (real-life brothers Joe and Finn Cole) over to the authorities, you’d certainly be right in thinking they’d be in for a very awkward Christmas dinner. To make matters worse, the arrival of a frightening letter on Christmas Eve and a vengeful ghost of Christmas past brought the Peaky Blinders their bleakest midwinter yet.
