Not at all. Your broadband and mobile services will carry on as usual, and you’ll still enjoy everything you expect from Virgin Media.

As of today you can still contact us as you usually would - through phone, webchat or messenger - but we will be making changes and improvements in future to provide an even better service and experience

No, your Virgin Media contract will stay exactly the same for all your services, including your mobile services.

Your bills and Direct Debits will stay as they are and will continue to be billed from Virgin Media for all your services.

No. If you’re a mobile customer with Virgin Media, your mobile service will continue to be delivered by Virgin Media.
