How do I report a damaged Virgin Mobile phone when I'm abroad?

If you’ve got Virgin Media Protect, you can report a damaged handset online. Your replacement phone will normally be delivered in 2-5 days within the EU; this may take longer to locations outside of the EU.

Not going to be abroad long enough for the delivery of your new phone? Don’t worry, your claim won’t be impacted by waiting until you’re home again.

Your new phone will come with a pre-paid envelope; just pop your damaged or faulty phone inside, seal it up and send it back. You'll need to return it within 15 days of receiving your replacement. Exclusions and limitations apply, please read the full terms and conditions.
