How do I check my Virgin Mobile allowances?

The best way to check your mobile allowances is to use the Virgin Media app. This shows how much of each service you have used and how much you have left in real time.

To download the app, head to your app store on your phone (Google Play if you’re on Android or the Apple App Store if you use iOS) and search for Virgin. This will show all the apps we have on offer.

Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to connect using your data the first time you use it.
