Oomph bundles: All you need to know about billing and payments


We offer new and existing Virgin Media customers the option to upgrade their current Virgin Media bundle to an Oomph bundle. This combines faster speeds for your fibre broadband with a superfast Virgin Mobile SIM. Oomph bundles also come with our promise to keep you connected. Find out more about Oomph bundles here.

To help you keep up with your bill and payments, we’ve pulled together a list of FAQs for Oomph bundle customers

You’ll receive two bills for your Oomph bundle. Your Virgin Media bill will cover the Oomph bundle package cost and will include an extra section to show your new Oomph SIM. However, any out of allowance mobile charges will be shown separately on your Virgin Mobile bill, so you’ll have two bills from us altogether.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Your Virgin Media bill includes:

  • Entire Oomph bundle price for your broadband, TV, phone and mobile SIM, including media and Oomph discounts
  • (For existing Virgin Media customers switching to an Oomph bundle) Any bill adjustments following package change
  • Virgin TV usage charges (e.g., video on demand)
     

Your Virgin Mobile bill includes:

  • Zero-rated Oomph plan
  • Out-of-allowance charges not included in your airtime plan (e.g., calls to premium numbers)
  • Any optional add-ons
  • Additional mobile services
     

Your Virgin Media bill and Virgin Mobile bill may arrive on different dates and cover different charge periods. The easiest way to view your bills online is to sign into My Virgin Media for your Virgin Media bill, and Your Account for your Virgin Mobile bill.

If you’re an Oomph bundle customer, you may see two Direct Debit payments leaving your account – one from Virgin Media and one from Virgin Mobile. Your Virgin Media bill will cover your Oomph bundle charge, for your broadband, TV, phone and mobile SIM services.

Any mobile charges outside of your monthly allowance will be billed on your Virgin Mobile bill, and collected through a separate Direct Debit.

Your Virgin Media bill and Virgin Mobile bill may arrive on different dates and cover different charge periods. This means your Direct Debit payments might leave your bank account on different dates.

If you’re an Oomph customer with paper billing for your Virgin Media and Virgin Mobile bills, you’ll only have to pay one set of monthly fees for paper billing.

As an Oomph bundle customer, you’ll have a separate credit limit for each of your Virgin Media and Virgin Mobile services. To find out more, head to our online guides:

To make any changes,you can contact us here.

If you cancel your Oomph bundle SIM, your Oomph bundle will be converted into a non-Oomph bundle.
