Virgin Media court orders


PURSUANT TO WHICH VIRGIN MEDIA IS REQUIRED TO BLOCK ACCESS TO IDENTIFIED WEBSITES

Virgin Media prides itself on being a responsible ISP and will block websites and servers when ordered to do so by the Courts.

As Virgin Media customers, you may have the right to apply to the High Court to vary or discharge the Court Orders below if you are affected by the blocks which have been imposed. Any such application must be made to the High Court directly and must:

  1. clearly indicate your identity and status as an applicant
  2. be supported by evidence setting out and justifying the grounds of the application; and
  3. be notified to all parties 10 days in advance.
